Sport has always been an important part of my life. I began with rugby following the footsteps of my famous father, whilst at the same time making the British gymnastics squad, before my love of weight training changed my physique to be somewhat non-condusive with acrobatics ! I hold a black belt in judo and enjoyed competing before a shoulder injury ended my chances of pursuing such career. At the age of 18 I embarked on reading medicine at university, and half way through my course studied for a degree in human musculoskeletal anatomy. I now work full time as a doctor, and balance this along side competitive powerlifting, where I have competed to a national and international level, holding several British records. Bodybuilding is somewhat a new venture for me, but I'm training hard, and learning fast. I have a particular interest in orthopaedic surgery, sports injuries, power training and pharmacology in sport.'
