<p>Just playing in a amateur level, in a local competition in my island. Enventualy I will stop playing, so that´s why I keep my focus on getting bigger and strong</p>

<p>Monday I do upper training and at night i play football</p>
<p>tuesday is a lower day</p>
<p>wednesday is the gym rest and at night I practice football again</p>
<p>Thursday do Upper body</p>
<p>Friday mayby rest day or lower body</p>
<p>Saturday if I rest the day before I do Lower body Training</p>

<p>The Density day, is more like a Back e Legs day (to keep the frequency more high)</p>
<p>Usually I do the Lower day on the tuesday, depending how I am feeling in the day, maybey I will push the lower day to friday and I do the Back and Legs early on the week.</p>

<p>Trying to build some strength and muscle while playing football. </p>
<p>Football is not my main focus, building my physique is, but I enjoy it, so I am traying to keep my legs a bit fresh for the Football trainings</p>
<p>I have some question if a Upper(pull focus) /lower/ Rest/ Push + Arms / Density day, is this a valid split that I could run? </p>

<p>I would like to put the big 3 (bench/squat/deadlift) into my training.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m in doubt whether I should do the Deadlift on the Lower or Upper day (Heavy Pull Day)? </p>
<p>What is your opinion? And depending on the day, how should I configure that specific day?</p>
