<p>I see a lot on accommodating resistance recently and wondering how someone can  look to add this to their workouts when you do not have PRIME equipment at their disposal. </p>
<p>I am currently doing the 6-9 heavy set with a 1-2 count at the contraction and then a back off set 10-12 reps with standardised form.</p>

<p>Every rep of every set is a positive with no &#8216;jerk’ or momentum and a 3 second negative. I keep form strict and don’t sacrifice it for weight. Every session is progressive &#8211; weight/reps or both.</p>

<p>At the moment every lift for the body parts mentioned are continually going up in load with the same standard form, so that progressive overload is there, but not seeing much in new tissue growth. </p>

My upper body grows relatively well but my lower body doesn’t respond so well. </p>

<p>When I take the nasal it seems to be ok, but is the nasal the same product (powder) just mixed and then put in a nasal applicator?</p>

<p>I will do the higher reps stuff with leg press versions and single leg stuff then for awhile. </p>
<p>My only concern was I’m light around the knees anyway (but I think that comes down to lack of tissue there to begin with) and was concerned my legs would go down in size at first. </p>

<p>Due to knee pain after heavy loading for awhile on compound work. I switched my leg training to Calves first, adductors, hamstrings and into Quads. It has me doing at the end of push &#8211; 1x rest pause set and a hammer variation. Then after legs another 2x set of a curl.</p>
<p>I been doing this for several months now and feel my arms have lost size. I was thinking of adding some volume to it but don’t want to take away from my recovery. </p>

<p>I didn’t want to deviate from JPs plan as im putting in the work on this. Legs have always been a very stubborn body part to grow and the knees have been a limiting factor because of this. </p>
<p>I will try both suggestions and see how it goes. All I care about is quad growth but want my knees intact to do so! Lol</p>

<p>A few months back I was very fortunate to get a training plan from Jordan. I alternate between pendulum and hack squats. Although when I do the hacks and get above 5 plates a side, above my knees are painful. </p>
<p>After Calves and hamstrings, I do Hack squats 1 set X 6-7 reps, 1 set X 9-10 reps then on to leg press. </p>

<p>My bloods can back all in range but Kidneys Creatinine was 126 unol &amp; EGFR 56ml</p>
<p>Also my liver ATL was 75u/l and my HDL was 0.79 mil.</p>
<p>I totally agree this is overkill after seeing looking at what most are taking and will be lowering to 750mg test, but not sure where the primo dose should.</p>

<p>I currently done a blood test with Medichecks and my test levels came back as 520nmol/L which seem really high?</p>
<p>This is my first blood test so new to all of this, I’m currently running &#8211; Test Enth 250mg EOD, Tren Enth 200mg EOD &amp; EQ 250mg EOD, and 50mg Dbol</p>
