<p>Doing preacher curls on UPPER A for 6 reps and on UPPER B doing it for 7 reps IF UPPER A Is my next session would i try to progress from the 6 or 7 reps or would it be wiser to have 2&hellip;</p>

<p>So is my volume sufficient?</p>
<p>I Train decently close to failure like almost always leaving 0 reps in the tank</p>
