<p>I train after my 9-5 and the gym gets very busy.</p>
<p>I need to replace exercises on my plan pretty much every session.  I also don&#8217;t have time to sit and wait for equipment.</p>
<p>How do I ensure I stay progressing when it&#8217;s virtually impossible for me to do my planned workouts? Any advice would be much appreciated!</p>
