<p>I&#8217;m currently torn if I should keep bulking or if it’s time for a mini cut. </p>
<p>I&#8217;m bulking since the end of my natty prep in october 2024, and put on around 25kg in my first cycle (compared to lowest-in &#8211; pictures in comments).</p>

<p>A few months ago I&#8217;ve been running a Upper/Lower/Rest setup (2-3 sets/muscle), which my quads/glutes made huge progress with. My upper body gained a lot of strength aswell, but visually there were only minor changes.</p>
