<p>im in a deep surplus so getting in a slight surplus fast is an approach so adding 500 cals and looking at the weight if  i need to drop or increase, becuse gonna be in offseason for a while id say with&hellip;</p>

<p>so i shouldnt be conserned abt how much but ofc not too fat, but i listen to john meadows take on a offseason and how to approach, so he said if u get into a lean bf% around 8 &#8211; 12% and then bulk ur way up to around 15 &#8211; 17% then mini cut back to the ideal state 8 &#8211; 12% and then repeat</p>

<p>or fat what u like just a aggresive deficit</p>
<p>and when done jump it straight back up to were u started </p>
<p>but if ur weight stall how much should u reduce after that big drop</p>
