Gonna start taking it post workout and see what happens. Gonna up the dose on curcumin like you put there, do you think its bad if I take both curcumin pills at night? TY Clare</p>

<p>Been trying to tweak my stack for a few months, seeing whats best for me and what not, think i got there on what I should be doing, but still might have some issues, so im sharing so you can give your 2 cents.</p>
<p>Morning &#8211; 125mg elemental magnesium, 1 pill ashwaganda ksm-66 and 1 pill chelated zinc</p>
