My plan is to run 2 long push ups (both assisted) and utilse 2 c6 week recomp phases to keep body composition respectable and allowing a longer runway for growth and insulin sensitivity. </p>

Felt awesome and very little side effects on the test/mast compound. Recently completed very productive 1st cycle of 300mg test e (16 weeks) yielding a 30lb push up over 26 week period.
