Currently running ULR with 2 different rotations, looking like this<br />
Upper: (both in this order with varying exercises) 5x chest, 4x back, 2x side delt, 2x bi/tri<br />
Lower 1:2x calf, 2x adductor, 2x hamstring, 4x quad<br />
Lower 2: 2x calf, 4x hamstring (curl + hinge) 1x glute, 3x quad<br />
Abs before every session<br />
