On Upper 1 i do:</p>
<p>Flat chest Press 2 sets (plateaued)<br />
Incline Press 1 set<br />
Dips 1  (plateaued)</p>
<p>and on Upper 2:<br />
Incline Press 2 sets<br />
Shoulder Press 1 set (plateaued)<br />
Pec Deck 1 set </p>

I guess the only other option i have training EOD is U/L?</p>

When/How will I know that the split might not be for me?   Also I would appreciate if you guys  can tell me if i programmed it correctly, on paper i guess.</p>
<p>1 set on all exercises 6-10 rep range &amp; 4 rotations </p>

My job is stressful most of the time and every 4 days I have a night shift which messes with my sleep. Should I still give it a try and see if I progress?</p>
