For the last 13 weeks I have been in a deficit and have dieted down from 78-79Kg to 69.5Kg. For reference I am 5&#8217;9. </p>
<p>Basically, I am wondering whether I am lean enough yet to lean bulk. I don&#8217;t feel I have a lot of muscle from powerlifting training and&hellip;</p>
