<p>So I started my upper/lower program this week and kicked it off with lower body on Wednesday. It had been about a month since I last trained legs because of some knee pain.</p>
<p>I’m still sore as hell from the heavy hack squats and everything else, and I’m supposed to train lower again tomorrow morning. I’m new here and about to change up my current bro split, which I’ve used for basically my entire gym life, about 2 years now.<br />
I’ve attached a picture of my current physique. I’m currently cutting. For reference, I’m 190 cm and around 90 kg right now. I’d estimate I’m at ~15% body fat rn</p>
