What is the best approach, start the cycle and continue the push up, and should this encourage lean muscle gain with very minimal further body fat gain? </p>

Im aware it can vary from person to person, just wondering if i should try and run the cycle without one and only get one if absolutely necessary. Should i have one on hand? </p>

<p>Hi mate so what you&#8217;re saying is i can be on test for a long period, in this example 12 months, without coming off at all? You mentioned about 50mg increments, starting at 150, what would you say the cap is before its too much to stay on for the 12 months/ or extended period without coming off, if that makes sense &#x1f602; What im saying is,&hellip;</p>

<p>Hi guys, a couple of questions on this split/the order of it. Would ordering lower sessions before upper sessions have a bad effect on the upper sessions, does it give lower days a &#8216;priority&#8217; maybe? Or does it not matter?</p>
