<p>Hope we’re well.</p>
<p>As the title would suggest I’ve recently purchased some Reta from Proforma and I’m looking for some help with dosing recommendations. </p>
<p>Im looking to shed quite a bit of weight over the next few months so will be a long cycle. </p>

<p>Feels like I&#8217;m going to be here a while so figured I&#8217;d make a training log. </p>
<p>Names Ali, I have no plans to go on stage or compete in any strength sports, I&#8217;m just enjoying lifting heavy and seeing how far I can push myself. </p>

<p>So I’ve been looking this up and finding varying info, would appreciate some clarity :).</p>
<p>I’m coming to the end of a programme just now and the goal is to execute as much strength as possible when I return back to the gym, across an OHP, squat, bench and deadlift.</p>
