So I&#8217;m also wanting to be mindful of recovery. Full body makes sense since I&#8217;m not going to be doing a bunch of volume per muscle. Just not sure what split I should go with. I’ve mainly trained body part splits and have gotten solid results, but at a point where I think I’m leaving gains on table hitting a muscle once per week. I’ve been training for 14 years so I’m not new to this. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!</p>
