Here is what I have come up with. Lmk if you would change something on any of the days. I’m planning to start this soon and will do <span>U/L/rest/U/L/U. Biceps will be on lower days. Rep range will be anywhere from 5-20 top set back off set or two straight sets for&hellip;</span></p>
