<p>Im done with my cut now so my plan now is to bulk with a 250 calorie surplus and get Huge</p>
<p>Im gonna run this split for atleast 6 months without changing exercises </p>
<p>I do 1 set Per exercise </p>
<p>Is there Any adjustments I should make</p>

I been cutting from 89 kgs to 79 kg in about 2 months time and i dont know when i should end my cut and if im lean enough.  should i get a little bit leaner? before getting into a bulk. <p>i been training for 3 years,  <span>1 year seriously with tracking my lifts and eating enough food.</span></p>

<p><span>i made this full body split with 3 rotations some exericeses i kept in some of the rotations </span></p>
<p><span>i kept leg exteinsions and abdcutor because there is only one of each  </span></p>
<p><span>should i split them up on in the 3 rotations? </span></p>

I dont know if i should keep getting leaner or slowly bulk again, I have love&hellip;</p>
