<p>At the moment I make a progression  on my lifts at lifts every 2-3 sessions (microloading/ extra rep)<br />

On FB A I do machine preacher and on FB B I do Dumbell single arm preacher. Always perfect form, am I leaving out potential bicep development or is this programming fine?</p>
