<p>Well I went from like 3 days of cardio for the challenge and thinking about doing cardio daily at 30 minutes to meet the deadline haha</p>

<p>So back from my vacation, weight was the same got back on plan and im up 2.5lbs for 3 days straight but my training has sucked, I don&#8217;t log book just 4 main movements just how I like to do things</p>

<p>Started dieting at 2600 well I maintained weight at 164.8</p>
<p>Went to 2300 and added 4 days of cardio at 20mins and still maintained weight </p>
<p>Why could this be happening even with me reducing calories ? </p>

<p>lowering step count on days where i dont got work to 8k has helped me 100%, feeling less leg fatigue as yesterday i hit 20k steps. Thinking about this work schedule more, its alternating weeks, 4am-1pm one week, 1pm-10pm the next, i dont know if like this im not a bodybuilder or a compeitor just wanna be big, but&hellip;</p>

<p>I still want to take caffeine in, I normally take 400-500mg at 73kg haha, 1 scoop pre and an energy drink while at work. <p>My question is do we then make the second UPPER and LOWER session more volume per body part since 4 sleeps is in between ?</p>
