As of the last couple of weeks my strength and reps have stalled and it’s got to the point where it’s agitating me. </p>

<p>Looking for some advice on how to get my carb intake up to around 400g a day. I&#8217;m currently 5&#8217;11&#8221;, sitting at 180lbs, and trying to bulk up to 200lbs to. I’m training hard and consistently, but I feel like my carb intake is holding me back in terms of recovery and overall performance.</p>
