Will attach bloods but ill also type out the red markers just in case pics cant be seen. </p>
<p>Very worrying would just like some advice on going forward. </p>

<p>So next year ill be going onto a continental shift pattern which is 4 days on 4 days off. 12 hour shifts 6-6. The first two days are dayshift then next two are nightshifts. Then four days off. </p>
<p>Id just like a bit of advice what people split would do and what split i would see most benefit from. I know i could still train after 6pm&hellip;</p>

Into forth week now and got full movement in my arm and wrist with no tightness and been getting on with my day to day life really easily for weeks</p>

Yeah arm came out sling/splint on day 7. Its now been two weeks post op and arms feeling good i nearly have full ROM now just about fully straighten my arm but still needs couple days i think. <p>Had bicep tendon surgery. Just after a bit of advice on what to do once i start training that arm again. Would i keep the weight the same on both sides or would i train with more weight on my good side until my injured side catches up?</p>

<p>I have my hands on some 500 to help repair my bicep tendon which has been reattached with surgery. I would just like to know what doses people have found best. All ive found online is 2-6mg a week but ive also been told not to skimp on low doses and just get it banged in? Any advice? </p>

<p>I have tore my tendon from the elbow bone on saturday. Had ultrasound today that showed it was a complete tear. I am now awaiting a phone call from hospital to discuss my options. So with the research ive done so far im guessing theyll offer me the operation to reattach it.</p>

I noticed not far back when i went to introduce barbell squats back in and i couldnt do them comfortably. </p>
<p>Does anyone have any drills to help improve mobility so i can go to depth? </p>

I was given a steroid nasal spray that you use morning and night. Its cleared mine right up. Its never going to be absolutely spot on but im not constantly blowing my nose or congested anymore. See if you can get hold of some. Its called fluticasone furoate. Can&hellip;</p>

<p>Just recently went from private clinic TRT to sourcing my own for past couple months so got bloods done to check test was decent. Been on TRT for two years now nearly. 150mg cyp PW split in mon/thurs and 250iu HCG mon/thurs. </p>
<p>Could someone give me some insight into my results and how to improve anything that needs work?</p>

<p>Does vitamins and other AM supplements matter that much if you are getting them in about an hour and a half to two hours before training with breakfast? Ive always got them in around that time but ive read that they shouldnt be taken so close to training. Does it matter that much or am i thinking too much into it? </p>
