Didn’t take long from the extra movement , and drugs down 🙂 , I feel so much better already , next step let’s get to 250 , I am just going to settle into these steps a little more as I feel there is still more to come off , I did 10,500 in the end yday, push today and I will probably end up doing 8500 ish 🙂 </p>

Very productive day . Work first thing followed by meeting with my boss (one of my best mates) &amp; I then had to sit in a few interviews with him to help interviewing potential personal trainers to work from our facility.<br />

Checked in with Jordan this morning. 15 weeks out. My bodyweight has held this week, but my training volume and intensity has increased, so I&#8217;m likely holding a bit of inflammation and water weight from that. Diet will stay the same next week, but we&#8217;re going to add in 25 mins cardio on rest days.</p>

Diet for 3-8 weeks dropping more weight than you would with a normal cut. My issue is knowing how big of a deficit and what that deficit should be made of.<br />
Really I guess my question is how big of a deficit one should be in, how much of the deficit should be made from food, and how much cardio is too much?</p>
