<p> No probs Andy. Cheers for the photo, really helps and I can appreciate it can be nerve wracking. So, I&#8217;d say you were a little more north of 13% IMO but I&#8217;ve never been a fan of declaring bf as a marker. In most cases judges or people in general will just base it on what they can see.</p>

Usually, it only hurts at the end of any moderately heavy RDL or DL and it&#8217;s a strong, dull pain in my lower left back that goes away in a few seconds. I&#8217;ve always assumed it was just part of lifting. But sometimes, when I&#8217;m going heavy, I feel a tendon or something slipping around in my glute area at the top of the&hellip;</p>
