<p>Yes so far every lift ive progressed every movement getting stronger. I ended up training this day and i progressed on everything. but going forward i will take rest instead</p>

<p>I currently do 12 sets for each. 2 sets chest 3 delts 3 sets back 2 sets tricep 2 sets bicep this may be why i can recover so fast.</p>
<p>Should i do 2 sets for every movement? i currently do one for most and two for a few of the movements. I can recover good from this volume. I do 6reps heavy as hell for most. then x8 backdown on certian movements i do 2 sets of</p>

My upper is fully recovered today (my scheduled rest day) but i am not sore and i want to go train upper is that a good idea? asking jordan in specific but anyones input is needed. im 16 btw train 7 months</p>
