<p>It is honestly just an experiment for the time being, I was not working out during the holidays so some of the weight loss was just glycogen and water depletion which has since my return reversed. </p>

Before leaving for the trip I was finishing a bulk phase where I was eating 3400 cals. Caloric intake during the trip is a very rough estimate of 2800-3000 cal/day. Came back 4 kilos lighter and decided to do an&hellip;</p>
