And cycle was 450 primo and mast and test started at 500 dropped to 250 to clear some estro issues then went up to 250 every 4 days where it still is now.  And yes now low dose tren and winny too. <p> Hey bud. Yeah I was on that split. It was to prioritise arms and delts for men&#8217;s physique and we felt my back was in a good place that it didn&#8217;t need as much frequency. Make the push sessions heavily chest focused with delt and triceps top up. Then a delt, bicep and triceps session with predominantly delt and bicep work in. [/quote]<br />

<p>Quick question about your anterior prep cycles. How far did you go with clen, t3 and orals (win and anavar) at the end of your prep when necessary ? </p>

Hammering a muscle a little more in the session is currently feeling good and I am responding. I think it&#8217;s needed based on my class and bringing up specific areas. <p>Do you think bodypart split was needed at your level or it’s more optimal for mens physique athlete ?</p>

<p>Yes I have already 4 caps morning, 4 caps evening from vital support. But not liver support, will try this one on top too. <br />Cardio I do 30mn fasted walk and 30mn after meal 5, before meal 6 (10k steps/day). Impossible to do another form of cardio due to lockdown (but I can train in a private gym, that&#8217;s one&hellip;</p>
