									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p class = "activity-discussion-title-wrap"><a href="https://www.trainedbyjp.com/forums/topic/slu-and-mots-c-time-off/">SLU and Mots C time off</a></p> <div class="bb-content-inr-wrap"><p>After enjoying using SLU and Mots c during the last 7 weeks of prep, I’d like to keep them in during a rebound phase and into the offseason.<br />
At 1mg per day for both is it worth keeping them in or better to come off for re-sensitization/not overworking mitochondria? Would love your thoughts. Will be adding in SS-31 as well but could do instead. Thanks </p>
