 over the past 2 months I have been trying a deficit after quite a long phase of spinning my wheels for quite some time.<br />
I was wondering if someone can give me some basic advice as to how to set it up.<br />

<p>In the past couple of weeks i have switched from a PPL split to an U/L split and have modified my training to a U/L/R Repeat. I have seen great results in doing so and have enjoyed JP&#8217;s Education series. <p>Hi allison, might be a stupid question, I have been drinking milk essentially every day of a bulk in order to fulfill my protein intake especially when i am at work. would you not recommend drinking milk for protein intake? I understand that it is essentially liquid calories but would it not be beneficial for someone to be able to adhere to&hellip;</p>
