<p>I&#8217;ll spare you a long story, but my leg wasn&#8217;t ready to come back to training after the ham tear, so ended up tearing my adductor, then got ill with a bad digestive flare up and sprinkle some family issues on top of that and the idea of a prep was kicked to the curb.</p>

But as I understand it now, it won&#8217;t have any additional fat burning benefits prior to fasted cardio and a more bolus dose pre bed may actually improve sleep.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m just about to begin prep myself and will be dosing all pre bed this time round.</p>

<p>What are your tell-tale signs for you when e2 is getting low before you make an adjustment based on that? For me I always know when libido has tanked and joints get stiff but I know everyone is different.</p>

<p>300mg Testosterone a week is an ideal starting point and likely all you will need for a long time as long as diet, training and recovery are locked in.</p>
<p>After 8 weeks get a second panel done and see where things are at.</p>

<p>Here’s a quick update on the last month for anyone interested…</p>
<p>Weight is now up at 105.2kg, over 20lbs up from the start point. It’s held around here for over a week so just letting it sit and marinate before attempting to push a bit harder. Nothing too aggressive though.</p>
<p>Current diet:</p>
<p>P – 328g</p>
<p>C – 762g</p>
<p>F – 90g</p>
<p>Fibre: 65g. Totals: ~5,085&hellip;</p>

<p>200g in meal 4, then assess meal by meal. Next it&#8217;s time to practice my routine over and over again until I NAIL it!</p>

2 Days out now and feeling good, today we travel and get registered which I&#8217;m excited about. I love all those little things about competing, makes it feel like a holiday!</p>
<p>96.3kg today. I said it was 3 days yesterday, but actually it&#8217;s 3 days out today (prep brain)</p>
<p>96.8 today so slightly up but again very happy with the look here, very similar to yesterday with slight blurring in the legs as I did a leg pump workout yesterday.</p>
<p>LEGS IN PEAK WEEK!? Crucify me &#x1f602;</p>
