<p>I&#8217;ve done half a week of devolume so far, feeling much better today but saw no drop in BW actually keeps creeping up and digestion still not great</p>

<p>No this is the first week but the weekly volume is similar to what I&#8217;ve done before, somewhat lower considering I was doing a second push and a posterior at the end of the week.</p>

<p>I do look at Kuba for pretty much any information regarding training and nutrition. I do like to have a coach in play but it&#8217;s not always easy to afford one especially since I can only trust a few guys like Kuba who are very expensive. Most importantly I&#8217;m working on my health at the moment so it makes sense to fix that first before working with&hellip;</p>

<p>I recommend sticking to the plan as best as possible, changing exercise order won&#8217;t impact performance massively so you can still track if there are progressions over time. Do your best to work in with people</p>

I would have dieted further but coach started a reverse I lose my abs so easily </p>

Stool transit time is really good, I poop after almost every meal, even during the night</p>

<p>Thanks for your reply Clare! I tried eliminating all those foods and there isn&#8217;t really a food I find to bother me more than others, it&#8217;s just how I feel pretty much every day and almost every hour. Some times I feel better than others even on the same foods, I also had times where I felt normal so it&#8217;s really a mindfuck.</p>

<p>Thanks for your reply mate! So I tried reducing all those foods and more in the past, I went with basically just chicken rice and veg but didn&#8217;t see any improvements what so ever, I wonder if it&#8217;s just my body&#8217;s stressed so it doesn&#8217;t process things as it should?</p>
