<p>Second day at the xpo done! What a great weekend it has been networking with everyone! </p>
<p>They are long days but are so worth it to spend time with everyone! </p>
<p>We have had a crazy time coming back as we’d not been home since our holiday, whilst we was away there was complications with the kitchen being fitted, so we’ve got back and the&hellip;</p>

We were up at 4am and at the airport for 5am. Flight took off at 7am and we landed at 12pm (UK time). We were meant to train this evening but we were absolutely exhausted. We decided to head into Manchester to grab a few essentials and then we came back and caught up on work. It is now 7pm for us here but&hellip;</p>

I struggled to get my head in the game initially for some reason, which threw me off in the first exercise, but as I went on I was able to focus more and actually ended up progressing throughout the rest of the session. Sometimes these things happen and you can&#8217;t always have an amazing workout, but you do as much as you can on&hellip;</p>
