I can do weighted dips but I just noticed I can hit failure within the 12 rep range on assisted if I focus on putting the tension in my tricep only.</p>

I run a kinda full body a and full body b split so fbA-fbB-rest-fbA-fbB-rest-rest-repeat</p>
<p>I want to follow a split similar to something Jordan peters himself would run</p>
