I now want to push my weight back up very slowly over the course of a year. My current calories are 2350 a day with 10k steps a day. My maintenance calories are 2950 based on MacroFactors estimate. My current plan is to eat at maintenance on my rest days&hellip;</p>

I am now ready to cut and wanted some feedback on my current diet plan. I want to start off by taking my TD calories from 4500 to 4000 and my NTD calories from 4000 to 3500 aiming to lose about 1-2 pounds a week,&hellip;</p>
