<p>my pull session:</p>
<p>2x lat pulldown</p>
<p>2x neutral grip prime plate loaded machine</p>
<p>1x horizontal grip (more upper back / rear delts) prime loaded machine</p>
<p>1x rear delt row.</p>
<p>i have pull in 2 sleeps again and i can recover from this. </p>
<p>My question now is more about the Prime Row (horizontal grip). It also works the rear delts, not directly, but they&hellip;</p>

<p>I&#8217;ve been doing <strong>high-frequency, low-rep training</strong> for a while now, and it&#8217;s been absolutely fantastic. <em>(I still do some high-rep work too, by the way.)</em> I&#8217;ve never made this much progress in such a short time—it just keeps going.</p>
<p>For example, my <strong>Smith machine flat press</strong> went from <strong>80kg to 105kg for 5 reps in just one month</strong>.</p>
