I had my bloods done this week for the first time as I’ve been feeling quite bad fatigue which I can’t seem to drop (deloads, no stresses, sleeping 8+ hours every night etc). I’m also interested in my general health and performance levels as a 33 year old male.

I’ve been feeling heavy fatigue recently which I can’t seem to drop (deload, reducing stress etc). I have got a full blood test which I need to book in.

I’ve been training 3 x Full Body sessions per week (M, W, F), I’m now in a situation where I may have to train Mon, Tues, Fri, so two of the sessions will be back to back days.

Do I keep running 3 x Full Body, or should I go Upper, Lower, Full Body … or Push, Pull, Legs?

Thanks!
