Slightly visual for lats. Lat rows usually match fine reps without much issue. It’s certain movements. Biceps can’t visually tell. Measurements about the same.</p>

<p>When doing single arm pulldowns my left side gets 2 more reps than the right side, sometimes 3. For DB preacher curls the right side tends to get 1 more rep. </p>

You don’t take an extra breath or two at the top to stabilize and squeeze out a couple more reps.
