And most movements other than any type of hip hinge (balance is an issue) nothing is to failure, basically just going through the movements  </p>

I’m well into my recovery, however my leg training is nowhere near full intensity yet, more just going through the movements and moving. </p>

Lower body training still cannot be high intensity as it is mostly controlled pain free movements and blood flow work. Upper body intensity is high again and progressing well.</p>

<p>I know my waist and love handles are very apparent but in my mind i was trying not to waste time as my goal is muscle growth (alot more).</p>

Ive been in a gaining phase for about 5 weeks now. If i am to be honest body comp was not perfect before going into it but i was happy enough. By standards on here i would presume that where my body comp is now you would recommend a tidy up.<br />
