I always like to weigh out my meat and fish cooked then my rice uncooked so carbs are consistent and I cook my meats in bulk due to work shifts[/quote]</p>

<p>Which ever method you choose, just stay consistent with it. I prefer to weigh my carbs dry, but my coach gives me my diet with cooked weights, so I have just worked&hellip;</p>

<p>Current bodyweight is 55.6kg &#8211; 4kg up since we ended my prep 4 weeks ago.</p>
<p>My body composition is still in a reasonable place so Hyacine has made some changes to my diet to push food up a little more.<span> </span></p>

<p>Thankyou Becky. No I&#8217;m not on anything right now. I had to end my prep early before doing my main show this year because I got covid a week out, so I came off everything straight away and didn&#8217;t train for 11 days. My focus has purely been on recovering and getting healthy again since then. I&#8217;ve also just had a procedure done to remove a small&hellip;</p>
