I spread them in the day with post workout meal being 55g carbs from rice flakes, 10g carbs from berries<br />
Meal 3 is 45g carbs from rice and the same goes for meal 4<br />
Meal 5 is 40g carbs from rice flakes or ground rice along with 40g avocado or 1 whole egg and 155g cooked sockeye salmon </p>

Can anyone help me what&#8217;s the best and pure anavar to get and where as struggling to get some for my next cycle<br />
Also how long would you be on for and how long off for?<br />

I always like to weigh out my meat and fish cooked then my rice uncooked so carbs are consistent and I cook my meats in bulk due to work shifts</p>
