<p>Yeah my lifts progress well!<br />Almost no soreness at all. I understand from you that it doesn&#8217;t matter, and only lifts progression matters (with standard form ofc) ?</p>
<p>BTW if my lifts will stop progressing can I just post my logs/program here for you to asses ? <br />Thanks!</p>

<p>I&#8217;ve recently started running more frequency (every 3 days), and I&#8217;ve noticed that I&#8217;m getting less of a pump and significantly less soreness compared to when I was running every 4-5 days.</p>
<p>Do you think this could impact hypertrophy? Since I&#8217;m rarely getting sore now, I’m wondering if that means my muscle growth is&hellip;</p>
