Current bodyweight is 72.8kg at 5.7. Just wanted to get your guys thoughts on adding cardio the next time the scale weight stalls. I normally would lower my calories by around 200 but if I added in cardio for example 45 minutes three times a&hellip;</p>

I&#8217;ve got an event at work tomorrow the last time I did this I got around 20-25000 steps its a semi manual job I might have to move some boxes in the warehouse but mainly its just a lot&hellip;</p>
