<p> So, to be honest I agree. Online uni was perfect for bodybuilding. </p>
<p> Luckily my contact time is quite low. But I will aim to train 2:30 or 5pm </p>
<p> This means I will have three routines. One for a rest day. One for a training day at 2:30 and one for a training day at 5pm. Changing nutrition accordingly. </p>

It will be much more efficient as you will be more insulin sensitive and responsive to food. What is body composition like? If you havent trained at all during lockdown and want to grow you will be better off priming your body to efficiently enter a surplus by dieting down first and getting a bit leaner. However this will ultimately depend on current body composition. </p>
