									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p class = "activity-discussion-title-wrap"><a href="https://www.trainedbyjp.com/forums/topic/after-shredding-phase/">AFTER SHREDDING PHASE</a></p> <div class="bb-content-inr-wrap"><p>Hey guys , can i ask some advices, i went on a shredding phase getting from 105 kg around 17% bf (usino peds) to now 80 kg it took 9 months and slowly i dropped my calories from 4.5 k now to 1.4/1.6k, not loosing weight anymore , tired ( some times i dont have the energy to go to the bathroom or training)  would you reccomend slowly crancking&hellip;</p>
