Remind me never to fly from gatwick when i live in Leeds as it was a 4hr30 drive home from roadworks so 14 hours total travelling esp with young children. </p>

<p>What a weekend for British bodybuilding. I was gutted they didn&#8217;t have a live stream but was glued to Instagram stories and lives.. James, Marc, Kuba, Meg, Kamara, Jade and Rhea over the pond smashed it. </p>

<p>1 &#8211; I&#8217;m sure you&#8217;ll get drug tested at some point</p>
<p>2 &#8211; why shut down your natural levels when it is simply not needed.. you will be worse off when you stop taking it and having to recover naturally. Recovery will be in the sh*tter. </p>

Last night was hams with a touch of back, not too much volume but it was brutal. </p>

<p>Been craving a bath for agessss (yes i do shower, i am not an animal) so thought fk it.. lets push boat out and get it done.. Why does the idea of a bath seem so much better than actually having it? </p>

<p>Starting masteron at 800mg from 13 weeks out is overkill IMO. i would drop that lower, bump up test a touch and then small increments in dosage of mast and tren as progress sees fit.</p>

<p>I am to look at competing again early 2023 with the aim being the Ben Weider, even though i would love to compete again this year as  i don&#8217;t feel accomplished with my competing goals this year i think it&#8217;s wise to really focus on this offseason so that i can be much better next time.  </p>

<p>End if this week will be 4 weeks on this training cycle so planning a deload/de-volume week next week as my wife starts work at my company so will need to workaround childcare ect which will mean&hellip;</p>

<p><span>Going to be using my CPAP again now i am getting heavier again, in prep when i&#8217;m &#8220;light&#8221; i don&#8217;t&hellip;</span></p>

Sometimes you get wrapped up in trying to find the &#8220;perfect from&#8221; and &#8220;squeezing every rep&#8221; you forget to just enjoy the process..</p>

<p>I know that feeling, i have a 13, 11, 4 and 2 year old so rest days are non existent.. think i get more rest being at work and then going to the gym haha.</p>

Did the food shop and just spent time at home with my family.</p>
<p>To say i am well rested today would be a lie, as my 2 and 4 year old had other ideas and didn&#8217;t want to sleep until about 11pm so was a full on day start to finish.</p>

<p>Woke up this morning with pretty sore legs in places that aren&#8217;t usually sore so the new training plan is hitting in the right areas.</p>
<p>Check in tmo so will be good to see what visual changes there are, i estimate around a&hellip;</p>

I love the summer but i am so looking forward to hoodie season, hood up, headphones on and getting damn strong. </p>
