Afternoon guys,

Thanks all for your responses in regards to my last question on this topic. Just a brief, and potentially naive question here, but how long should I wait post surgery to introduce peptides & GH to near the surgery site? Is there a need to wait for inflammation to reduce, and the joint to heal ‘naturally’ for a short period?…

Hi Adam thanks for checking in. Training has been going well, keeping everything the same up until surgery so good to hear that would be your advice too. Is there anything I can be doing leading up to the surgery in addition to general sensible lifestyle choices etc that will make the other side easier?

Hi all,

I have a surgery in late October to reattach my labrum (full tear), and from what I understand, the recovery process is quite a lengthy one. I’ve been advised by a few that alongside general rehab, it may be worth taking BPC/TB500/HGH. Having previously never used anything PED related, it would be great if some of you could provide some…
