<p>Is this something people should be looking to do on both a training / rest day or would you taper the steps slightly back on a training day &#8230;</p>

<p>So for example steps every day but say 15 &#8211; 20k on rest and like 10k on a rest (in my scenario I am looking to diet down) so just wondering how you balance it out vs a&hellip;</p>

<p>So looking at putting some more stuff in my home gym and just wanted your thoughts on if this was good pricing or if I am being ripped off &#8230; also would you buy / add anything different</p>
<p>I already have some adjustable dumbbells and a half rack with dips station attached to it</p>

<p>Just wanted a bit of advice<br />
I have been very inactive out of the gym since the pandemic and have worked out very little as I&#8217;ve been super unmotivated. I have put on 10lbs pre covid weighing 205lbs and have noticeably more body fat </p>
<p>My hopefully simple question is mini cut or recomp, advice appreciated 🙂</p>

<p>Dont want to sound dramatic but the frequency in which I go for a pee is starting to alarm me I am not sure if this is due to a deficiency in something or if could be a genuine problem</p>
<p>I on average fo 3 to 4 times per hour, and realistically am probably drinking around 5 &#8211; 600ml of water in this time. Is that normal?
