<p>I guess I know the answer because I don&#8217;t see it used anywhere.</p>
<p>But what is the reason behind it ?</p>
<p>Is it only because its concentration in dairies is too low to be considered a realistic option ?</p>

<p>I need your take on low-carb &amp; high-fat diet.</p>

<p>I really thrive on certain very fat food sources, like raw milk, fatty beef cut, salmon, avocadoes, etc.</p>

<p>Can I ask for a bit more details ?</p>
<p>Is it because the body has trouble building back muscle while fasting ?</p>
<p>Or that nutrients can be &#8220;wasted&#8221; when eaten in too large portion ?</p>
<p>I&#8217;m a natural athlete (for now at least) so i&#8217;m also looking to maximise my body&#8217;s hormones, and i recently stumbled upon studies claiming&hellip;</p>

<p>I&#8217;m a big eater, so as long as i select the right food i can get my macros down pretty easily in big meals.</p>

<p>What&#8217;s your opinion on fasting ? As long as you get all your daily macros on bigger meals, wich i know can be quite difficult to do when food is high.</p>
<p>Is it really detrimental for progress to have only two big meals a day, one before training and one after, and then fasting for around 16 hours ? Or could the health benefits&hellip;</p>
