<p>I am going to answer just from personal experience. I am also 23 years old, and I finally made the decision to just stay on TRT dose continuously. I have had a tremendous increase in quality of life by doing this. I know this isn’t helpful to your question, but from another 23 year old, I personally would do the 150mg cruise. </p>
