Currently ran U/L for 9 months. I want to return to FB split which i did prior to U/L. Can JP make a template of his FB split so I can base my excercise selection/order off of that? Definitely training legs 3x PW is a must as they have shot up, but i agree with JP in his latest&hellip;</p>
